A: FanVid.org Provides the Hosting, so by submitting we will copy the video over to here, since we have yet to implement the upload script, you will have to upload your video to the likes of Google Video or Youtube, or if the size is bellow than let's say 10mb, you can e-mail it to wereismyvideo[at]fanvid.org (change the [at] to @) or use mailbigfile and send a bigger file ^^ and after a through 5 sec evaluation, we will put it on the site.
Q: What are the Terms of Service?
A: What Terms?, wait, better say something... if it's Illegal we won't put it, if it's not and it isn't just you saying jokes to your webcam (for that you can use Youtube) we will host it here, it can go from home made porn to just 15 relaxing min of waves washing on a beach, our only consideration is quality first, entertainment second.
